Subscription Terms

These terms apply to Subscribe & save on our Dried Stevia Leaves page, paid by UPI AutoPay.

What you subscribe to

Any pack on that page (leaves, leaf powder or Stevia Drops 30 ml), 1 to 5 units per delivery. Items added under "Add to every delivery" at checkout are sent with every delivery.

Price and billing

• Every month: 10% off the regular price. Every 2 months: 15% off. Rounded to the nearest rupee.
• The first delivery is paid when you approve AutoPay; then the same amount is debited every 30 or 60 days.
• Your amount is fixed when you subscribe, even if prices change later.
• Shipping is free. Cash on Delivery is for one-time orders only.

UPI AutoPay mandate

• You approve a UPI AutoPay mandate once in your UPI app. Payments are processed by Easebuzz.
• Your bank or UPI app reminds you about 24 hours before each debit. Debit times can shift by a few hours (NPCI time slots).
• If a debit fails, we try again after 2 days. After 3 failed tries, debits stop until you ask us to restart.

Delivery

Each paid debit creates a new order, shipped as per our Shipping policy. Tracking details come by email.

Pause, skip or cancel

• Cancel yourself: in your UPI app, find the Viral Herb AutoPay mandate and cancel it. Your subscription ends automatically.
• Or email support@viralherb.com or call +91 1354229950 to pause, skip the next delivery or cancel.
• While paused, nothing is debited. On restart, you get a reminder first; the debit follows about 24 hours later.

After you cancel

Nothing more is debited. Orders already paid for are not changed; our Refund policy applies to them. To restart, subscribe again from the product page.
