Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received an item to log a return request.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging. The security seal of the herbal/wellness product must be intact.

  • Proof: Please ensure you have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank transfer).

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

Shipping & Damages

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or broken product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@viralherb.com with an unboxing video/photo so we can process a free replacement immediately via our delivery partner Bigship.
